Hello! My name is Emma, I am a Master Practitioner of Clinical Counselling Provisional (MPCC-P) with the Canadian Professional Counsellor Association (CPCA). I am extremely passionate about walking alongside others in their growth and healing journey. I know how difficult it is to reach out for support and connect with others, but I see my counselling space as an opportunity for all individuals to come in at any stage in their journey. Whether you want to process big past events, work on current life changes, move towards the future and start the growth journey, I can be that supportive avenue.

Vulnerability and the willingness to show up in the counselling space is the courage needed to move forward and heal. I view counselling as a team effort, healing and growing through connection, empathy, validation, and compassion. My goal is that you leave the counselling space feeling heard, validated, empowered, and optimistic. My approach is authentic and focused in human connection, viewing my clients as whole beings, not something to be fixed or changed.

I use a multi-modal approach, bringing in different pieces of different techniques to support my client individually. The counselling process is client-centred, consistently checking in with my clients to ensure they are finding their therapy supportive and meeting their needs. I get consistent feedback and shift my approach when requests are made.
